Everything was fine at this quiet hotel. We got a room with bathtubs. The venue's location was magnificent in the nearby restaurant.

It has the best possible location by the park.

Location: the hotel was just off Calle Las Damas, the Colonial Zone, and the center of town -- the Colonial Zone. I asked for suite and it was reasonably spacious and quiet on the lower floors. All of the staff were very pleasant, excellent.

This place is a gem! The location is perfect, just steps from Central Park. The room was clean, and the AC was strong. Enjoyed sitting on the balcony and watching the hustle and bustle of the city. Including Edwardo.

The air conditioning in the room blasts directly at the bed. The bathroom felt tiny, and the furniture seemed outdated, which didn't enhance comfort . Amenities like shampoo were lacking, and the towels were old and less than pleasant. WiFi only works in common areas, which adds to the hassle if you're expecting to connect in your room. For a budget option, it's okay for one or two nights. Any longer might be pushing it.

The bathrooms, ridiculously small, feel like a cramped phone booth!!! Don't expect hot water here. It's a hit or miss situation that could easily be fixed!!!

The hotel is perfectly situated in the heart of the Colonial Zone, with loads of restaurants and shops nearby. We enjoyed relaxing on the lovely terrace, ideal for soaking up the lively atmosphere and enjoying a nice breeze after a long day exploring with the kids.

My kids wished there were more family-friendly dining options on-site.
